first of all, when you move in, they show you a beautiful apartment, had they shown me the place i would be living in, i would have said yeahh right. i live with my roomate, and when we moved in we had a four month old kitten. she liked to sit in the window sill. they were so poorly assembled she fell out of our third floor window, luckily we found her! since then we've had to replace the screens three times in both bedrooms, apparently the maintence crew doesn't know how to put a screen in, my roomates father finally came and did a better job than they did. the toilet and dishwasher randomly leak water all over the floor. the dishwasher is useless, meaning you have to make sure there is not one speck of food on your dishes before you put them in. our cubbord doors began to fall off the hinges. our wall unit air conditioning falls apart, and hardly works, it will be on for ten minutes and then turn off for half an hour. when you need things done here, it takes a week or sometimes more. regarding our screens it took them a month to finally get them fixed. last but not least we had our "peep hole" stolen out of our door, twice. when they replaced it the second time, they put a whole new one in, in a different spot on the door, and filled the old hole with discusting sticky tack! it's been obvious someone has tried picking at it as well. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!
