Not only is the location superb for several reasons (heart of Des Moines, close to ammenities and freeway), but the building is cool with free parking and no crime. Annie, the Property Manager, is excellent. I could go on and on about how this place rocks, but trust me, I've lived in SEVERAL Des Moines apartments, and this place far surpasses ALL of them because of the location, free parking, ammenities, urban layout, and most of all the staff.
