	maintenance is worthless. took 6 months (half the lease) to fix a sink! dishwasher doesn't work, screen door doesn't shut, tenants aren't supposed to smoke but they do anyway, its been graffitied at least 4 times since i've lived here, ... more

	i wouldn't rent there the manager was downing her own complex telling me that she don;t know if the weight room works or not theres lots of trouble there
