Decent Living New Carpet/Paint Nice place. New everything. A lil slow getting going but the staff was accommodating. Good folks. Great Rent. Going into 2012 rent was 390 with heat included. There's a pool but its broken and the units are all being renovated so my guess is that it will be fixed
