Checked out "The Heights" as we call it locally and I've got to say, once they got a new on-site manager that seems to care, not only for the tenants, but the community in general, it's been cleaned up ALOT in the past 3 months or so.

All the late night traffic has seemed to have stopped, you don't hear anyone fighting or yelling anymore. It's a nice, comfortable, safe place to live with low-rent (always a bonus).

They have the local police do a drive-thru at least 2-3 times a day.

The outside still needs some care, as do the hallways, but i've been assured all of these things are on the new managers list.
