Comfy, Quiet, and Cheap - Great place to live, we've had a few bad neighbors, but the manager has been quite the savior by getting rid of the riffraff as needed. The hallways are in need of some repairs and a desperate need of painting, but the apartment itself is great. Grounds are pretty big and there is a playground for children. Comfy, Quiet, and Cheap - Great place to live, we've had a few bad neighbors, but the manager has been quite the savior by getting rid of the riffraff as needed. The hallways are in need of some repairs and a desperate need of painting, but the apartment itself is great. Grounds are pretty big and there is a playground for children. Seems good now... Checked out "The Heights" as we call it locally and I've got to say, once they got a new on-site manager that seems to care, not only for the tenants, but the community in general, it's been cleaned up ALOT in the past 3 months or so.

The getto of Glenwood In Glenwood, IA you will find small town country living at its finest. Small grocery stores owned by you very own friends. Crime as low as it can possibly get. That feeling of warmth you get when you wake up in the morning in the only place you call home.
