Dishwasher was a little dirty and still had stuff from previous tenant in it. Plenty of outlets to have your room looking as you want. The best units in Iowa City - I lived at Ralston Creek apartments for 3 years. Management was always helpful with problems. Our biggest issue was noise, but all downtown buildings are that way. If you want to be close in where the action is at, you will be renting from either Apartments Downtown or Apartments near Campus.
