I Have lived with other landlords that are deceiving and cheap. AUR has a helpful staff and is willing to work with anyone within reason. They have new and old apartments in great locations near the University of Iowa. There rents are reasonable and somewhat low depending on the locations. I have graduated, but if I return for grad school, AUR is the only place I would rent from. They are the best to live with
