If you don't mind throwing away money, then I would reccommend AUR. The houses and apartments are located close to campus so AUR assumes that all renters are spoiled college students whose parents pay their rent. For example, me and my girlfriends rented a large house. It was disgustingly dirty when we moved in. When we left, we had scoured the house for two weeks prior, and we insisted on staying with the agent who would be checking us out. He said that everything looked great, and we went on our way. one month later, we received our deposit back, or moreover, we received three percent of our initial deposit back. They charged us for blinds that had been broken when we had moved in, and any other ridiculous and unnoticeable problem with the property. I have rented through AUR on three different properties and this sort of service is to be expected. Renter Beware.
