I was charged for scratches on my wall that were put their by their maintenance workers when installing new appliances. Are you kidding me!' I was also told by management to leave my keys at the apartment upon finishing with cleaning only to be charged for an unnecessary lock change because of orders taken from their managers! This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. You better have a lot of spare cash if you plan to rent from this company. As a former tennant I question their ethics and professionalism and give them a FAILING grade.
