My apartment was overpriced and tiny, but it was all I could find over the Internet. Granted, it had a great location since it was next to campus and the downtown area, but it's not worth the rent. I had to pay for parking, which was cramped. They did not take care of the grounds when it snowed or was icy. The wall a/c unit was not enough to cool the apartment in the summer. All my neighbors were drunk frat rejects who had nightly keggers. Noisy! I was charged for damage made by vandals, even though I called the police when the damage occurred. I was also billed for minor maintenance, and even though my apartment was spotless when I moved out, they kept my whole deposit.

Terrible! Stay away! I recommend Emerald Court, Westgate Villa, and some of the Southgate properties.
