They Rip You Off

Pentacrest Apartments.
AUR is the biggest rip off, but you don't have much choice if you want to live close to campus. They overcharge you for everything. Someone left a pizza box outsize our door and we got charged $50 cleanup fee. They come into you apartments randomly and "fix" things and then charge you for it. Parking is a rip off, you have to pay for every spot.
