They do nothing about noise, or complaints. The common area damages kill you, someone was always kicking a hole in the wall. So far, we have had about $200 per person in damage. READ YOUR LEASE. And, dont expect to get your deposit back. You wouldn't get it back if you kept it exactly the way you got it. They damage things for you.You have to pay for parking!!! I pay $350 for a spot that is four blocks away!
