These guys have a huge attitude problem, ripping off unknowledgable students, and laughing all the way to the bank. I have been asking around after they ripped me off and found they keep security deposits for lame reasons, keep thier apts in the worst possible shape just to skip by on inspection by the board of health (many fail and have to be reinspected) and charge a ton for every little repair. I talked to a guy (his mom is an attorney)who says if someone filed a class action lawsuit against these guys alot of people could get money back plus maybe additional damages.
