I lived here for my last year in college. Our apartment was clean, well maintained, and very spacious. We had a bigger apartment than most people we knew, and were paying less for it. My only tiny complaint was that is was not incredibly well insulated. We put plastic sheet insulators over our North-facing windows to help cut heating costs in the winter. Would still rent there again in a heartbeat, and recommend highly!
