I live in Keokuk Apartments and my upstairs neighbors are very noisy. Often woken up in the morning by them running on a treadmill. The area behind my place is a trailer park and is very very noisy, often full of parents screaming for their kids. I would not recommend this apartment for those students looking for a quiet place to study. The Management is unresponsive to work orders placed. Overall space is bigger than my last apartment, but at times not worth the hassle put up with here.
