After being gone for 6 months, I just received a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe charges from the apartment. Never was I told from Lakeside that they were even asking for any other charges after we moved out. Now it looks like I will have to hire an attorney to fight the bogus charges. Lakeside said there was no need to do a final walk through. But don't believe them. Get it straight from them in writing immediately that all is done.
