I still cant believe i payed over $600 a month living at the Lodge. When they gave you an orientation, it was only in the better constructed area with the Great Room. The month i moved into my apartment things started to fall apart. Things may look quality from appearance but really its all bad quality and when i got my deposit back i was charged for pointless things.

As far as amenities, the hot tub is nasty, the sauna is a tiny box visible to everyone in the fitness area (no privacy) tanning beds are not that great.

The only benefit i got out of living at the lodge is that it was on a hill and it made me look kinda cool'. except during the winter people slip and slide down and up the hill causing accidents. The lodge has terrible security btw. My friend got her windshield broken and there was no security cam in my parking garage.

Laundry machines were always shatty and never dryed all the way..

i couldnt imagine getting a single.. twice as much for the same space. No wonder they dont post prices on the site

THE LODGE IS A RIP OFF.. Btw the original owner of the lodge sold it to another company, cause he knew it would be a bad idea.

They didn't sell because they knew it was a bad idea, they sold so that they don't have to maintain the upkeep on their terrible workmanship! I give it another 5 years before the county buys it for section 8 and low income housing!!

Actually the builders didn't sell the apartments, they hired a company to run it. so they still own it, and the both of you are falsly informed and should try and get your facts straight.
