Extra for "garage" parking that is very, very poorly lit with vehicles careening through, poorly designed intersections with their private Hawk Eye Drive. Then, non-residents frequently in that assigned spot.

Trash strewn about. Maintenance of even common areas poor. (Trash remains for days and days.)

Security is so-so. E.g. electronic key to enter main entrance (which doesnt always read correctly), yet able to access via fire exit stairways that do not have security for entrance for outside.

Shoddy workmanship. Cheap materials. Horrid layouts of apartments. (Poison Arrows abound.) Dont even expect hot water.

Office staff havent the foggiest idea what they are doing - merely students getting paid to sit there.

Internet connections are a joke.
