* you pay way too much. they say that all your utilities are included, then they put a cap on your electric usage and will charge you more. roommate matching is a joke.
* amenities are never available and shuttle service is unreliable, inconsistent.
* they are HORRIBLE about getting packages to you. I got my mother's birthday gift to me (from FEBRUARY) in JULY. Student employees just do not have any customer service skills, and Lindsay is a witch.
* Keys break all the time, halls are stinky with beer constantly, and laundry rooms are never available.
* Maintenance really does take forever, so hope nothing breaks on you.
I really wish I hadn't lived here at all, and now I'm stuck until August. Please, please, don't live here. The people act nice but it is all fake and once you live here, they do very little to keep you happy.

It doesn't matter if they place you with roommates or you have your own, because if you do not get along with your roommates they will not do anything for you!
