I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The underground parking was fantastic, and the round-the-clock staff to respond to noise complaints or to maintenance issues (even just being locked out!) was awesome. The staff was always friendly and made a point to organize events with free food - a nice option for people who have just moved to Iowa City and want to meet new friends.

Another great thing is that each roommate pays their OWN rent, so you're not responsible if your roommates are late on rent.

The major con is the location. However, they just started a shuttle before I left, and I'm sure it helps out. I took cabs to and from the bars on the weekends and it wasn't expensive at all (less than $5/person).

I'd move back there if I was still living in Iowa City!
