I lived at The Lodge and I have very few positive things to say about it. As far as staff, the maintenance staff is rude and very inconsistant when it comes to getting to your maintenance requests. All the cleaning staff do is stand outside or in the parking garage smoking. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. You will hear every step the person in the apartment above you makes (mostly if they wear heels). Its an apartment complex for students so its always loud, and since the walls are paper thin you will hear everything. The electronic keys always stop working or the "battery dies" in your door and you have to call staff to come let you in then you have to wait for maintenance to change the batteries. The distance DOES make a difference.

Parking: over FORTY cars got broken into during the Aug '08-July '09 lease.

Noise: like I said, paper thin walls (when people told me that before I moved in, I just thought it can't be that big of a problem ..IT IS).

Grounds: the appearance of the building & grounds are deceiving. (The building was CHEAPLY made)

Safety: Yes you must use your electronic key to get into any of the buildings and elevators. BUT the doors are almost always broken. And they say that they have security that walk their grounds at night. Not true. The guards are hired out and they have 2 shifts a night that they must visit the Lodge, they drive in & drive out and call it good. Plus there are some really sketchy people that live at The Lodge.

Construction: Cheaply made, no insolation! And when it rains really hard or for long periods of time they have problems with huge leaks in the ceilings (into people's apartments and into their office, very presentable).
