We have been at Seville for 4 years now. We are moving out of state, but want you to know what you are getting.

When we moved in it was clean! They have new kitchens and new windows which adds a lot to the feel of the place. You only pay electricity which for me never exceeded $60. The pools are always clean also. Having a laundry room in the middle of each building really helps and it's cheaper than the local laundrymat. The appliances are newer (like 5 yrs.old) and work.

The maintenance is awesome! Prompt and efficient, these guys are polite as well. Pest control comes around every month for a preventative spray so you don't have issues with that. Management is easy and simple to work with because they appreciate our business. I can't say that at any other apt. I've lived in!

Parking is tight if you have more than one vehicle but I've never heard of any better situation in town, at least there's guest spots and an extra lot.

I'd recommend this complex because it's worth every penny especially when you account for it's location, a 15 min. walk from the university.
