a below average place to live , should have stayed in the dorms , allways smells ,any thing from good chinese to bad fish ,or heavy indian curry dishes ,or burned dinner . the outside is pretty clean most of the time but kind of bland ,pool is ok if you like it cold not heated, parking is 50 /50 for guests my spots is 95% avaliable there been a few times people have park there ,when i moved in to my apartment the cabinents ,carpet ,windows ,stove & paint looked brand new old floors in kitchen & bath but all the walls needed better drywall work ,patch jobs were low rate or not at all the place is getting kind of run down . no problem with heat or air , maintance will come if you complain 2 or 3 times ,just depends on your problem ,office seems to care close to rent day , and make sure you plan to stay for the whole time of 1 year lease
