I currently live here and don't have anything terrible to say. I had new carpet and paint when I moved in and it's a much more spacious apartment than others that I looked at. Secure entry is a plus. The common areas are a bit rundown and the laundry room is gross but there's always a machine when I want it. Rent is reasonable but maybe a bit on the high end for what you get. Maintenance has been awesome whenever I've (only 1-2 times) had a concern. Parking is fine if you only have one car...there's ways to fix the guest spot problem if you're expecting visitors (i.e., give them your assigned spot and move yourself to a guest spot when you see one open before they arrive).
