Our place was a dump, the first week two of the closet doors completely fell off! You have to drill holes in the walls for cable/internet. The fridge is really small, and ours leaked a lot. The cabinet doors didn't stay shut, and the drawers were a pain in the butt. And the major thing that I didn't like was being RIGHT along the train tracks, which are very loud and high pitched, and start way early in the morning. Guest parking was very difficult. I wouldn't live here if I were you.
