This place is pretty decent to live in. I've never paid more than $330 a month for everything (rent, electricity and cable). They include internet which is nice. The buildings are older and right by the train tracks. You'll wake up to it the first few weeks, but you get used to it pretty fast. Not as big of a deal as you'd think. Parking sucks so try to get as many parking spots in the lot as you can. The landlords are AMAZING. They fix everything you want fast. This year we had a really bad winter. My car was stuck in the lot for a few days and the landlord spent 20 minutes helping me get it out (yes, with his cut off denim shirt on when there was a foot and half of snow).

It's close to campus, right on the free shuttle route. It's cheap and the landlords are good. Yes, you're not staying at the Sheraton, but it'l look nice if you make it look that way.

I definitely agree, the price is something a college student can not complain about. I lived here for two years and was overall satisfied. The train would shake the apartment and would wake you, but like they said you'll get used to it. The landlords do a great job of maintaining- but you have to call them and not assume they'll take care of things. I lived in a place without central air, which would be very difficult to cool off in the hot and humid summer months. The kitchen is small and the appliances were old, but they worked. Parking is a lot cheaper to pay for versus living at other apartments and its nice to have a designated spot to tow some jerk for parking in your spot. Definitely recommend, but if you have standards go somewhere else.
