I lived here for two years and that says enough. The rooms are HUGE- I fit a full sized bed, computer desk and a futon in my room. Their semi nice places, but you can make it look nicer than it does if you put the work into it. The landlords are on sight and respond to your calls as soon as they can and fix your problems. Closets are decent size and one room has a double closet. The bathroom was tiny, but we made it work- I lived with two guys so I was the only girl, but three girls would definitely be difficult to share. The kitchen appliances were old and was small, but livable. You pay for parking, but compared to other places it is much cheaper and it nice having an assigned spot so you can tow some jerk who thinks they can park in your spot. They got new windows when I lived there to cut down on the train noise which helped. About the traintracks right there, occassionally your apt would smell of diesel and would shake as the trains passed by. It is definitely cheap, and decent. I felt safe there, and the neighbors were occassionally loud, but who wouldn't be in a college environment. You do have to drill holes in your wall for cable/internet connection... something they need to fix so you dont have to pay for the holes in the wall.
