This place sucks be careful, Kids are out of control, management is hard to get ahold of, and do not know what they are talking about, kids out of control, weird things keep happening in my apt., did I mention KIDS OUT OF CONTROL.

They need to do their "Routine Inspections" from the "City" that they love to do monthly, AFTER 4:00 pm when all the kids get home from school. Then again on Saturdays and Sundays! I wonder what the "City inspectors" would think about the over flowing exposed dumpsters?

Management is very good to work with and very helpful. Apartments/townhomes are beautiful and a good location.

The manager --- acts like she never had an eduction, talks like she from the backwoods. --- treats tenants nasty, acts like she is owed a living instead of doing her job. --- is a -----!!!!!!

--- wasn't even the manager in 2008 you moron! They switched management over a year ago! The new management knows what they are doing and are very helpful. If you want to talk more about --- I think she has a place in Waukee now... she sent us a flier asking us to come move there. Not a chance I would follow her when we have much better management here.
