1. ------ lots of low income welfare ------ people
2. management is rude
3. we were going to sign up but after reading reviews on this site decided to back off,
4. took a fight to get our deposit back and management was rude and irrogent, dont recomend this place to anyone.
5. have a close person who services this place and says there is no insulation in walls and that tendants complain that ac dont work when everything works just goes and cools the outdoor, this place is only for trailer trash and ------ ppl

Wow you sound very intelligent. I can't imagine why they would want to bend the rules for someone like you. Your review is BS anyways. If there were no insullation bills would be too high for anyone to live there. I had to be put on a WAITING LIST. I have a lot of friends that live there and have no problems. Maybe it's just you and your ARROGANCE.
