All the buildings are identical so its hard to find your own apartment, let alone provide directions to a visitor. These are APARTMENTS, ignore any references they make to townhouses, they are NOT townhouses. Parking is meager beyond your own garage and the lot layout encourages visitors to block your car in your own garage (they have no choice but to do so). Speaking of garages, garage sales are allowed and ENCOURAGED. This attracted riff-raff and scary looking people from everywhere snooping around. I was afraid to let my children play outside. Speaking of outside, every resident has at least one dog. Most of these are large dogs. The grass and grounds are covered in DOG POOP which residents are supposed to pick up but do not and the staff does NOTHING about. Forget about enjoying the grounds unless you have a thing for DOG POOP. Its also important to note that these dogs bark LOUDLY AND FREQUENTLY. If you've ever been to a dog kennel, you'll understand because that's what it sounds like. READ YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT PRIOR TO SIGNING, they have a sneaky clause that MAKES YOU CONTINUE TO PAY RENT AFTER YOU MOVE OUT. Don't make the mistake we made and miss that bit of fine print. Furthermore, the staff will verbally tell you that you do not need to pay rent after you move out, then once you move out they start sending you delinquent notices and phone calls. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPLEX, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
