Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The first night I moved in we had no hot water. I called maintenance and practically had to beg for them to come over and fix it. A month later, a window was leaking and they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it. I had LOTS of BIG spiders and then I had problems with these little bigs near my window during the spring. They sent someone right over for that, but I was basically told that I would have to wait the bugs out. And like someone previously noted, they do/did allow registered sex offenders to live there without notifying ANYONE! All in all these places are not worth the money, especially when they do not pay any of the utilities. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
