I will not renew my lease. In fact I would move out now if I could. Please take my advice, stay away from this place, let's make em' go bankrupt before my lease is over so I can get the hell out of here.

The apartments are, at first look, beautiful. But then you realize that they only garden near the front office and the rest of the complex is poorly maintained. The quality of construction is the greatest complaint I have about the apartments. There is apparently no insulation inside interior walls, between apartments. I can hear my neighbors talking. I can heard cupboards close in other apartments, and I know my neighbor can hear my squeaky bed. The windows don't fit properly into the window frame, there is a gap where wind blows in and out. I know that this is not unique to my apartment, this is complex wide. So without some home-made/rigged up sealing the apartment is freezing in the winter, even with the heat on. Going back to the sound problem, no one is very loud, there are no college style keg parties, no all-night music, it's quiet, but you can still hear other people quite well. You can also hear the garages. They say you get used to it real quick but the fact is that you are either right above someone else's garage or you are surrounded on three sides by garages. So god bless you if you have a neighbor who goes to work an hour before you do.

I could live with all the problems here, but it is the staff here that tops off my displeasure. She, and you'll know who I'm talking about, can only be described as: un-caring; un-sympathetic; oblivious to principles of simple mathematics; still in high school. You probably won't believe me, you say it's just that you two have personal issues and don't get along. But you'll remember these comments after you have your first altercation with her. Please help me understand, you can kick people out for not liking you but you won't kick people out for indecent exposure. No kidding, there is an old guy, always wearing a robe, that flashes other people. Not just once, everyday. I've seen him just sitting in his garage with the door open, naked. Some of you might not think that's such a horrible thing, but he is intentionally offensive, and there are many children who live in these apartments. I'm angry about this, the police have been notified but the guy still lives here. The guy had did the same thing in another state, he's still here. This is just speculation, but, I think She must live in the apartment across from his.

I lived in this complex a couple of years ago and was extremely unhappy. Towards the end of my stay, I learned on my own, that there was a registered sex offender living in the complex. And not ONE person notified us about this. I had kids had there were many other kids living there as well. Not sure if this person still lives there, but I'm sure if he does no one knows about it. Living at the Mansions was the biggest waste of money that I've ever spent in my life and though it looks nice, it was the worst place I have ever lived! Anyone living there should get out asap and others should stay away!

Visiting my friend I would have to agree, once you get past the front it's down hill from there. Water seepage exist throughout this complex, BEWARE. Not sure about the persons comments about the management, they are rude, inconsiderate. Corporate needs to audit this complex because serious issues exist.

The person who wrote about the sex offender living here must be the same person who wrote the "garbage" comment above. You must just be upset. I moved in last May and I checked the registry on my own because I have two children under 10 and there was nobody near here registered. I also checked just now. Nothing...you are upset about something else, get a life.
