I have lived at Mansions at Hemingway for almost 3 years. I was just transferred to California so I'm not going to be able to renew my lease. I will definitely miss living here. I lived in a two bedroom floor plan with an attached two car garage. I had no one living above or below me-rare to find in the Des Moines area! It was nice renting a place that felt like my own home. The maintenance staff was great to come out right away and help me with anything that needed fixed. They even helped me hang a large picture. I would definitely recommend renting here. After reading some of the other posts I'm wondering who they are because all of my neighbors I've talked with are very happy living here.

Your kiddin' right..What,miss living here at Mansions. Very small floorplans for the money they rake out of you. Feel like home with all the dog poop EVERYWHERE. This is your warning DO NOT RENT!!! My neighbor hates it here and when her lease is up she is in the wind. The new blonde in the office that comes in with the wrinkled pants on she is a joke, did I say that. Someone please talk to the neighbors on the other side who are very UNHAPPY here.

I live here as well and I can say it is the worst place I have ever lived at. The hell with the dog poop, how about all the pet urine you can smell if you have your windows open? The olympic size pool is really great! I love how I pay 145.00 a month for the worst cable on the planet.
