I do not like it here. My up stairs neighbors are very noisy. The cable is through vision systems and is very expensive and goes out all the time.Keep in mind that you do not have any other choice but this cable service. In the winter here I noticed that no heat goes back to the other two bedrooms and are very cold. The heat stays in the one master bedroom. In the summer the same thing happens it is too cold in the master room and too hot in the other two rooms. The washer and dryers provided are very small and compact and take several times to dry the cloths. I was very disappointed in how small the pool is and also when I have my windows open in the summer I can smell pet urine as most all the people who live here have a average of two dogs per apartment and I do not feel they have enough ground for all the pets here. Although the apartments are nicely painted they do take scuff marks easy as they use a dull paint and is not washable with the washrag if trying to take a scuff mark off the wall. The carpet I also noticed is old as it is showing old stains of previous owners. I am moving and breaking my lease as this is truly a terrible place to be. I would not recommend this place to anyone.The management are rude and nasty. They probably don't make much money at all which is why they sit on there ass and do nothing about the people around here. Please run as fast as you can. There are nice apartments and townhomes to rent and are much cheaper. It is overrated here. The only ones that live here and like it are the ones that have not lived anywhere else.
