I have lived in Winwood Apartments for two years and I have only had a couple minor, maintenance requests. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it is a very nice scenic property with jogging/walking/running trails. I got a great deal on my apartment working for one of the larger corporations in Des Moines so make sure you ask about their corporate specials. My commute to downtown ranges from 13-15 minutes, using back roads, not the highway. It is a very safe community and I would recommend this to apartment.
