This has to be the worst place I have ever lived. They claim this is a great place to live and "They love their residents" but when it comes down to them having to fix something they don't do anything about your problem, we have been without working cable for about a month now and whenever we call down to have them come look at it or be fixed we are ignored. We wanted to switch to direct tv to get away from Mediacom, but since the apartment complex works with them we can't switch and still don't have working cable. Also if you come home after 8pm good luck finding a place to park. we are lucky to find two spots near our apartment and if we have people over there is no hope of them finding a spot to park. For these to be called "Luxury apartments is a very far stretch. My roommate and I have both said if there was a way out of this lease we would move in a heartbeat. So when thinking about Winwood apartments be for warned that you won't be taken care of and be ready for problems. Another example two days ago our air conditioning went out our apartment reached a lovely 87 degrees, all because the air conditioning was out of freeon. I don't know much about air conditioning but I do know that it needs to be checked at the beginning of summer to make sure there is enough. If this really was a so called luxury place to live you would think they would take the time to check these things like working air and cable that worked. Like I said if we could move we would in a heartbeat. Worst place I have lived and the Staff doesn't show they care one bit when you have a problem.
