I have lived at Winwood for 2 years now and have had nothing but a great experience! I have had a few minor maintenance requests that are always handled promptly and done right the first time. The area around the complex is very well lit, safe, and has a great neighborhood feeling. My building/apartment overlooks a parking lot and I still have very little noise or traffic issues. Parking is a big deal in a complex environment and I consistently have a close parking spot for myself and any visitors...even when I have a large group of people over. The office staff is always willing to help answer questions and show apartments until you find the right one (I dragged them around to a dozen of them before I decided!). Snow removal is top notch! I am impressed at how diligent the property management has been with snow and ice removal. They are flexible in regards to pets, painting, and things out on the decks. There are two pools on site, they is a recycling center and the complex has a greenbelt running through it. I also have been surprised at the number of community events that they hold for tenants. It is a great amenity for tenants. I would recommend Winwood to any of my friends or colleges!
