Not perfect but decent - I moved in to Chapel Ridge about a year ago while I have been looking for a house. It is not the best place I have ever lived, but DEFINITELY not the worst. Very Bad Maintained Property Maintenance is very very bad. I have rented lot o properties but I have never seen so bad maintenance in my life. Management is so reckless, they won t care about the renter s problems, and all they care is for rent on time that s it.

I have been living here for a few months now and i couldnt be happier. The staff is wonderful. I make regular stops to the office when walking my dogs, and Wade is sure to greet them with a treat everytime we stop in. The maintenance is just as good. Anytime there is an issue its fixed by that
