it's ok i guess

pritty nice place, but the way utilities are set up like hot water,somtimes ther is little or no hot water. the dumpsters are offten overflowing. storage garages are nice but the one i rented is one of the few that the floor is not level with the groung out side so there is a foot high lip to get in witch means i cant pull a vehicle in without ramps. all the trim work is cheap plastic and the is NO COUNTER SPACE and a lack cupboard space. the outlets for setting up the cable and tv are right buy the hot water heat radiator so you ether have to set up your entertainment center up against the heater (not cool) or run the wires exposed (ugly).
