(user photo) This is still yet to be fixed upon first inspection of the apartment after many requests in two years (user photo) prior to move in date, this was eventually fixed four months after move in date (user photo) as you can see the kitchens are carpeted and so are bathrooms taken on move in date (user photo) as of move in date, the saftey alarms were all in this condition, however after a week, they were replaced with new ones.

rent is very cheap, however the marion police are often out here , they have come so often that they now just drive through several times a day. the garbage situation is horrible. dumpsters are always overflowing. When i moved in the apartment was in terrible condition very dirty. maitenence staff does sloppy jobs.
