maintenance is very responsive and they pay for heat/water, but other than that, horrible. When i moved in May 2007 i didn't get to see the apt until the move in day and they were late moving out so i had all my stuff sitting and waiting. There are bugs, not just my apt, I've had multiple friends live here and they have all seen them. I've had them spray multiple times, no change. Cops at the complex about everyday. A lot of fixtures were broken and the carpet was gross. Children running around the parking lot. Drugs. There was a drug bust about 2 apts from mine and staff informed me, so I guess that's good. No cupboard space in the kitchen. No garbage disposal, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer, no peep hole. Parking lot floods a lot. I've had to call the cops a few times because of residents behavior. If you cant tell already i am thoroughly disgusted with this Azure. Don't waist your time and money.
