Azure Apartments

I lived at the apartments for six months. We didn't get to see the apartment until the day we moved in, thus why we only opted for the six month lease. THANK GOD!!!! I liked it at first but when we had lived there for a few weeks things started to change. We started getting notes taped to our front door. The neighbors were nosy as ever. Don't even get me started about the ice in the parking lot during the winter time. Holy cow, my car bottomed out every time I went to park my husband couldn't get out of the parking space one day because the ice had enclosed the tires. Everyone in our household fell on the ice, injuring themselves. Maintenance is flaky, management is snotty! Not good people to deal with at all. There is a pet rent fee of $25 extra per month for a cat, what kind of junk is that? Nobody would park correctly, there were times that I had to park on the other side of the apartment block and walk with my young kids. There are certain kids who will sit at the laundry facility and beg you for all your change. Parents don't keep track of their kids at all! The trash dumpsters are disgusting, they overflow 24 hours after being emptied. And when is it cool to put carpet all through the apartment. Kitchen floors get dirty when spaghetti sauce gets spilled on it, and they won't give the deposit back if the carpet is dirty...go figure! Like the title says, don't waste your money.
