I currently live at Grand View in Marion. There's one word for this place. DUMP.
It's cheap rent, so with cheap rent, you attract cheap people. You get what you pay for I suppose...
The Dumb people who are "running this place" are probably 20 years old. When you go to the office and ask a simple question, its like you're asking them to solve a calculus problem. They never have an answer.

I have spoken with more than one person in our complex, all the prices are DIFFERENT! I think they make them up as they go.
The walls are paper thin, if you want to have 2 friends over, prepare for the cops to show up not long after that.
They don't pick up trash laying around on the property. They leave notes on your door saying "we are only so many people, we can't do everything, help us pick up trash."
Apparently the "everything" they are doing consists of eating lunch ( I swear they eat the 8 hours they are in the office) and chatting with their friends.
I drove past the office the other night only to see one of the managers outside talking with someone outside, drove back 20 minutes later, she was still out there.
They don't care about anything but themselves. We're moving out soon. DON'T MOVE HERE!
