I currently am in the process of moving out of this place. I signed a 6 month lease and it was 6 months way toooo long. When I first went in to sign the lease, they ended up showing me a different apartment than the one I was getting. So when I moved in, I was appalled. It stunk like cigarettes, the carpet looked like somebody and ten of their friends peed on it. It wasn't vaccumed, blinds were broken, the refrigerator took me 4 hours to clean. NONE OF THIS IS AN EXAGGERATION! Now on to the bathroom, this was a 6 hour task. And it still wasn't clean. Every room had carpet in it. My toilet started leaking and I had a rug on the floor, I flipped the rug over and it was yellow. EWWWWW! The shower head was a cheap one that didn't work. Once it got cold out, my heat would not work at all or get to the point where it was so hot I'd have to open windows. The boiler was stuck on. It got extremely frustrating and I called the office to explain I had a 3 month old baby and could no longer deal with this, he could overheat. Her response, "oh he won't overheat." And maitence was ridiculous. I got hung up on by the maitence manager and they didn't fix anything, just made it worse. Snow removal consisted of my neighbor shoveling enough of the sidewalk so he didn't have to walk in it. HATE THIS PLACE! Let's just sum this up, with YES! I'M FINALLY OUT!
