I currently live at grandview and I'm looking for something new. I pay 355 for a large one bedroom. The one bedroom is small for two people and there's only one closet. I live on the top floor and it's hard to keep cool in the summer. When I moved in the apartment was a mess. It was missing blinds and the ones that were there were broken. Old old old carpet. I live in the three story building and there's always people that dont live there parking in our spaces and if we park along the curb the managers put orange stickers on our cars. I had one on my side mirror and in the process of getting it off I scratched it all up. I seen a car with stickers on each mirror and all over the side windows. Not very considerate of personal property! I'm and 18 year old petite girl and one night I took my trash out and someone started following me! Luckily my sister-in-law lived closer to the dumpster than I did. I've seen men standing outside in their underware where kids are close by playing. In the winter you'll be okay as long as you don't need to leave until late afternoon. It takes them all day to come out and plow the snow.
