Furnished washer/dryer is nice. The units are very close to the highway (within 10-15 feet of the road) which makes for excessive traffic noise. Don't plan on opening the windows, because you'll get an earful of muffler. Garages are okay, and deep, but be careful not to get one where people park opposite of the garages or you will scrape your car when trying to pull in (inspect garage edges for damage before you move in because it will become a problem).

Seem to be clean, but my unit had excessive urine soaking of the carpet (from a child') in the upstairs bathroom, which the landlord never inspected before letting me move in. Don't sign anything before seeing the exact unit you will lease.
