Landscaping is poor, the grounds are always littered. Trash facitlities inadaquate and watch out for skunks and racoons. Extra parking can be a nightmare. Management is rude and a hassle to deal with, little or no results from complaints. The buildings themseleves are expensive to heat for there size due to poor inslutaion and general poor construction. These have a very high turnover (of the my 3 neighbors when i moved in 1 1/2 years ago none live there now) and 2 of my current neighbors are waiting for their lease to come up, i am putting my notice to move. They are not worth the money especially since you pay all utilities
