This review comes from several people that have lived here or are currently living here. The management is TERRIBLE. They are unproffessional,rude,lazy, difficult to work with. It is next to impossible to get things fixed. You will have to keep on them or they will not fix things and it can takes months. They make excuses and lie on a regular basis. Do not trust what they say. The townhomes and condos are nice but walls are very thin in apts and 2bd townhomes. This would be a great place to live if management was replaced and maintenance took better care of facility. Apartments are sometimes rented out in poor conditions and left up to residents to deal with. Promises are made when moving in that things will be done but rarely followed through. So if you are thinking of moving in here, rethink as price is not everything. You have to be willing to accept things the way they are or you will be very frustrated. Move out rate is HUGE here.

I certify that I am a current or former tenant. Regal Townhomes and Grandview what ever it is/Management is Terrible. good luck please go some where else the guy that owns all of these apartments is a million- era and will not put money back in to the apartments.
