When coming across these ratings, I was surprised and disgusted by the ignorant rantings of many of the posters. It's very clear that the majority of people rating Regal Townhomes are people who have either had a personal problem with management (that may or may not have really been management's problem...if you get my drift) or have set their standards far too high for any affordable renter's community. There's nothing wrong with expressing complaints, but also keep in mind that the majority of people living at Regal Townhomes have not had any problems, and rather enjoy living there... so much that they have not been compelled to sit down and write a rating that would counterbalance all of this hostile nonsense. Is it really necessary to use an administrator's first name AND last initial just to call them fat and lazy' I for one have had a wonderful experience with Regal and do not plan to move anytime soon.

You seem to be one of FEW who have had a positive experience. I also have lived there for 3 years and am an INTELLIGENT, QUIET, SUPER CLEAN, EMPLOYED AT EXCELLENT JOB and I agree with EVERY SINGLE word people in here have said. I don't think you should be attacking other people for writing what is TRUE. And trust me I'm SURE You are one of FEW who have a positive experience because their management is plain CRAP as well as maintenance.
